What is the advantage in buying direct from the designer?
A. Our overhead is lower than
most retail operations, and we're able to pass the savings on
to you. We stock a large selection of floral products and we can
offer a larger color selection than many of the retail stores that carry
our products.

How will my purchase be delivered?
A. Your
purchase will be delivered to the address you provide in Paypal via your
local postal service (USPS or Canada Post). If you are currently registered with Paypal,
kindly ensure your mailing address in correct before beginning the
checkout process. Our automated shipping service will send
tracking information on the day we ship your order, via the email
address used to make the purchase. The information will also
include an estimated transit time.

Q.
How do we hang the pew bows?
A. I use paper covered floral
wire to tie the pew bows, leaving enough on the back of each to attached
them to a clip or band. If the pew end is narrow, you may opt to
use the wire on the back of the bow to wrap the pew end, or to attach
them directly to a chair, railings, or to candelabras. If the pew
end is wide, you may need a pew clip or band. I do not include
these with the purchase of pew bows.
For just pennies each, I
recommend elastic bands. They are available wherever you find
office supplies. To prevent the bow from being knocked about as
guests enter or exit the pew, the bands should be a little bit wider
(1/4"), and fit very snugly around the pew end. You can attach
them to the back of the pew bow ahead of time to make decorating quick
and easy.

Do you ship outside of the continental North Americas?
A. We
ship to Hawaii and Alaska, however we do not currently ship to areas
that do not have either a U.S. zip code, or Canadian postal code.

Is there a discount for larger quantities?
A. The best time to buy is
when our products are on sale. Prices are 40 to 60% off the retail
price. All sale pricing is subject to change without notice.

How quickly will my purchase be shipped?
A.
Every product on this site is custom made to order and hand-crafted with
as much speed as is humanly possible.
Many products such as pew bows, wrist corsages, calla lily picks,
etc. will ship quickly...while wedding packages take a little longer.
Booking wedding packages is usually about 2 to 3 weeks. A little
more time may be needed during the peak season, or when volumes are
higher.
If you provide us with the date of your wedding or event in the
space provided on the checkout page, your purchase will be started
within hours of receiving it.
Every purchase we receive is important to us and each is given the
utmost care and attention. The production schedule we use is based
on the volume of orders we receive. Your purchase will be ready to
ship in between 2 and 7 business days (excludes transit time---see
comments below). We ship 2 to 3 times each week.

Can I have my purchase insured?
A. Purchase with
confidence. Each box we ship is automatically insured.
Insurance is included in the S & H fee. Claims of loss or damage
are minimal (approx. 1/1000 boxes shipped), however if you experience
difficulties in delivery, please let us know. Claims can be filed
with the postal service no sooner than 30 days following the shipping
date, and should begin no later than 75 days from the date of shipping.
We do not assume liability for losses or damages, however we are here to
assist in the claims process.

What is your return policy?
A.
Every purchase is crafted upon receipt of purchase. As a
custom-crafted product, we do not accept returns. Once the
purchase is shipped, it becomes the property of the buyer. If
there is any question regarding color match, we recommend that you
purchase 1 or 2 pieces before making a larger purchase. Please
remember to leave extra time for re-ordering.
Other pertinent information:
Your complete
satisfaction is extremely important to us. To assist us in
managing our weekly production schedule in the most efficient way
possible, we kindly ask that you provide us with the date of your
wedding or event. Space has been provided for the date of your
wedding or event on the checkout page.
Providing us the information will not affect the speed at which your
purchase is processed. It is necessary to validate a timeline
for shipping your purchase, before we begin to create your order. If you have not set a date, kindly
indicate that, rather than to leave the date blank.
The prices stated are subject to applicable taxes; Orders from
Canadian residents are subject to HST. Missouri residents are
subject to sales tax. All business conducted on this site is subject to changes
in the tax laws governing e-commerce, now and in the future.
